Turn subscription auto-detect on or off

Auto-detect is on by default: opening a paywalled site you can read remembers it. To keep things strictly manual, turn off Remember sites I can read automatically in Settings → Your subscriptions. With it off, Annotate only adds a site when you act on it or add it yourself, and the extension sends nothing from reading.
