Your inbox, and the reminder email

Your inbox collects what is waiting for you: pages people sent you, replies to your notes, mentions, insights and requests for your notes. You can open it in three places: the tray icon on the rail, the Annotate icon in your browser's toolbar, and Inbox on the website.

A red number shows how many things are new. Opening your inbox marks them as seen.

If something has waited 30 minutes and you have not seen it, Annotate sends you one email that covers everything waiting. The email says who it is from and which page; it never contains the text of a note. Each thing is emailed once at most. Turn these emails off under Settings, Email me about my inbox, or with the link at the bottom of the email.
